Subprocessors
These providers process personal data on our behalf, each for the service shown. Locations are for our default region, India; where a customer's agreement specifies another region, that customer's data is processed there. We update this list whenever our providers change.
Microsoft Azure
Cloud hosting, databases, storage and email delivery
Our backends, databases, files, backups and logs run in Central India. Website email goes through Azure Communication Services, which stores its data in India.
Azure OpenAI
AI processing
AI for calls our customers make to guests, call summaries and job applications, from our resources in India.
Amazon Web Services
AI processing
Runs AI processing for calls guests make to our customers, on servers in Mumbai.
Plivo
Telephony services
Carries inbound and outbound calls. Our Plivo account's data region is India, so calls run through Plivo's Mumbai region.
Soniox
Speech-to-Text (STT)
Turns callers' speech into text in its India region, and keeps no audio or transcripts from live calls.
Sarvam AI
Text-to-Speech (TTS)
Speaks the assistant's replies in English and Indian languages, and is set to keep none of what it voices.
Cartesia
Text-to-Speech (TTS)
Speaks the assistant's replies in languages other than English and Indian languages, from its India region.
Google Workspace
Our team's mailboxes, which receive website enquiries, job applications and privacy requests.
Firebase
Dashboard sign-in
Google Firebase Authentication runs sign-in for the Dynoz dashboard, so we do not store passwords.
Meta
WhatsApp messaging
Sends WhatsApp alerts to customer staff, for customers that turn them on.
Vercel
Website and dashboard hosting
Hosts our website and the Dynoz dashboard on a worldwide network; the website's forms run in Mumbai.
